Both teams had to whip up a presentation about how their project went and what could've gone better to help the other group nail their second project. We split into smaller teams to make sure we covered all the bases and made the presentation look slick. After giving the slides a once-over, we picked three confident speakers to present in front of the other group and the EcoSwell team.
The presentation went off without a hitch; we covered all our points and handled any questions asked really well. Plus, our team provided the other team with a comprehensive handout summarising key points and offering additional resources for further exploration, so they could gain our help when we weren't around on site. By keeping things transparent and providing solid support, we showed our commitment to helping the other team learn and collaborate. The other team then did the same for us, presenting us with the highlights and areas to improve for their project, therefore we could learn from their team.
